All our mobile phones are SIM Free, GSM handsets sold without a line connection or SIM card.  Our phones are brand-new & are not locked to any network.  You can acquire a SIM card from network local to you or we can supply UK SIM cards.  For use on North American GSM networks you will need to select a phone which is Tri-band or Quad-band functionality.
