extrafone card security requirements

The shipping NAME & ADDRESS must match exactly to the registered credit or debit card used to make the purchase.  Some card issuers do not provide an Address Verification Service and therefore extrafone may need to ask you to complete an Authorisation Form with card copies and a statement to be faxed to us prior to your order being despatched.  If this is required, we will email this to you with your order acknowledgement.

These additional requirements are designed to protect card holders as well as the retailer from fraudulent use of credit/debit cards & we would therefore ask for your cooperation in this matter.
